Drafts at November 2024 | A New Renaissance is Coming

Its impact will benefit the entire world, not just Medieval Europe

From that “old” Renaissance, Europe got a new flourishing of the arts, but the “New World,” in the Western Hemisphere, got invaded — and, the indigenous ihabitants lost much of their culture, and many had the “Judaeo/Christian” religion, forced upon them — either by financial pressure or by actual physical displacement of tens-of-thousands from their traditional homes. Their own spiritually-based concept of a close connection with Nature was ignored by the invaders — for the most part.

The New Renaissance will be enabled by a general loss of favor for the concept of “devine authorship” of what is popularly referred to as “The Bible.” History and current events clearly show that the growth of authoritarianism, patriarchy, and xenophobia has been aided by examples from that patchwork of assebled scrolls and codices, whose words are now amalgamated and usually wrapped in a black-leather cover in order to add gravitas. What will cause this loss-of-favor for devine-authorship?
