If a Corporation is a person, it is a very privileged one.

In addition to taking away the legal fiction of “corporate personhood,” we need to change the requirements of public corporations so that some benefit to the public must be proven and audited. Right now, basically, public corporations have a mandate to show a profit for their investors. Profit is fine but it should be made subservient to a requirement that corporations justify their very existence by showing a benefit to the public in all actions. 'Sounds childishly simple, eh?
